The development team, led by Slate Property Group, Xenolith Partners, and Comunilife Inc., has big plans. The renderings showcase an innovative L-shaped design with two towers rising majestically. The 15 and 25-story towers will feature flat roofs topped with photovoltaic canopies, a sustainable touch. The Billion Oyster Project and BioBus will operate a science and education facility, while Comunilife will provide on-site support services, including their Life is Precious program, focusing on mental health for teenagers and their families.
