Block a Calling Number

At Korek you can block any unwanted calls & sms from a Korek phone or any other network. For a minimal fee of 400 IQD per number, you can block up to twenty (20) numbers at any time. 

Pricing:

• Activation fee: FREE of charge
• Blocking Number fee: 400 IQD per number
• Unblock Number: FREE of charge

How it works?

There are two (2) ways to block and unblock a number:
 
 To block a number:
 
From your mobile phone dial *220*11* followed by the number you wish to block # and then press Send
e.g.:*220*11*07XX XXX XXXX# and press Send
Or
Dial *212# and press Send. From the menu choose Calling Service and then Blocking a Calling Number, and then choose a number.
 
 To unblock a number:

Dial *220*20*followed by the number you wish to unblock # and then press Send
e.g.:*220*20*07XX XXX XXXX# and press Send
Or
Dial *212# and press Send. Then from the menu choose Calling Service then Blocking a Calling Number ,and then Delete a Number then choose a number.

There is no charge to unblock a number.

You can check the numbers you have blocked by dialing *212# and then press Send. Then from the menu choose Calling Service and then choose Blocking a Calling Number and My list.
Alternatively, you can simply dial *220*10# ,There is no charge to check your list of blocked numbers.

For a minimal fee of 400 IQD per number, Korek customers can block up to 20 numbers at any time from a Korek phone or any other local or international network.
